The attention of the Medical Director of National Obstetric Fistula Centre, Abakaliki has been drawn to a notorius Facebook account alleged to have been created by miscreants, fraudsters and unscrupulous elements with the intention of deceptively defrauding innocent and unsuspecting members of the public.
The Medical Director wishes to categorically state that he does not have nor operate any Facebook account.
The general public should be wary of these miscreants, scammers and fraudsters who impersonate or use the pictures and the name of the Medical Director to contact or chat people as this is not him.
Please note that the Medical Director can easily be accessed and contacted freely through appropriate channels.
This notice will also serve as a warning for the general public to always confirm information or persons before conducting transaction with anybody, as the Medical Director will not be held liable for any fraudulent transaction or communication done in his name or image on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Whatsapp, etc.
