The National Obstetric Fistula Centre (NOFIC) located in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state is the first National Fistula Centre in Nigeria. It is a National Reference Centre for the management of obstetric fistula with a mandate to provide free treatment, training of personnel, rehabilitation, research and prevention of obstetric fistula and also a national reference centre for oncology. Apart from these initial mandates, the Centre now provides services in Dialysis, In Vitro Fertilization, and Maternity services and is an accredited National Health Insurance Provider.
Call For Application:
Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for internship positions in the following Four (4) disciplines:
- Pharmacy
- Laboratory Science
- Nursing Science (Graduates from 2017 to 2022)
- Radiological services
Eligibility:
Interested candidates must possess a recognized degree in their areas of specialization from a reputable and recognized university and possess a valid license/provisional registration from their respective professional bodies. An attestation letter in place of a Certificate/Statement of result will not be honoured.
